At KuKirin, we are committed to product quality. All products undergo rigorous inspection prior to shipment. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us directly for assistance. For products not purchased on Kukirin-Ebike.com, please contact your original point of purchase first.

1. Warranty Coverage and Duration

KuKirin provides a limited warranty for the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use for the following periods from the original date of purchase:

  • Electric Scooter: 12 Months

  • Battery: 6 Months

2. Warranty Solutions

For issues covered under warranty, KuKirin will provide the following solutions at no charge for parts or labor:

  • Dispatch of replacement parts via standard post with installation instructions.

  • For complex issues that cannot be resolved remotely, repair services will be performed at an authorized service center within the EU.

  • Replacement with functionally equivalent parts that are as reliable as the original components.

  • In cases where a defect is material or workmanship-related and is reported within 7 days of delivery, the scooter may be replaced.

KuKirin will cover all repair and shipping costs associated with valid warranty claims.

3. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact Support

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide the following:

  • Valid proof of purchase (original receipt/invoice).

  • Order number.

  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.

  • A description of the problem.

Step 2: Assessment & Resolution

Our support team will assess the claim. For minor issues, replacement parts and instructions will be shipped. For major issues, arrangements will be made for repair at an authorized center if the claim is validated.

4. What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Personal actions, abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., dropping the scooter).

  • Water damage from riding in the rain or through puddles/water deeper than 4 cm.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly by non-authorized technicians.

  • Use of non-original, defective, modified, or incompatible parts/accessories/software.

  • Damage from external factors, weather conditions, vandalism, or theft.

  • Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or damage from improper storage.

  • Failure to use the product according to the user manual instructions.

  • Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping by the customer.

  • Products where the serial number, identification marks, or labels have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible.

  • Products not purchased directly from Kukirin-Ebike.com or its authorized dealers, including used scooters, promotional items, or products sold by third-party retailers.

  • Any loss or damage occurring after the warranty period has expired.

5. Non-Warranty Repairs

For issues excluded from warranty coverage (e.g., accident damage, water ingress), all repair costs for parts and labor, as well as shipping fees to and from the service center, will be the responsibility of the customer. An estimate will be provided for approval before any repair is undertaken.

6. Important Legal Terms & Limitations

  • Claim Evaluation: KuKirin reserves the sole right to evaluate all warranty claims and determine, at its discretion, whether a defect or damage is covered under this Limited Warranty.

  • Replacement Parts: KuKirin reserves the right to use refurbished components or products of equal or better quality to fulfill warranty obligations if identical replacements are not available. We may also update model designs or color schemes for replacements.

  • Exclusive Remedy: Your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is the repair or replacement of the product as specified above. This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Liability Limitation: KUKIRIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL KUKIRIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

  • Assumption of Risk: Use of our products is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding electric scooter use.

  • Personal Use Only: Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, commercial use, or exploitation of any site content is prohibited.

7. Policy Updates

KuKirin reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Please refer to the latest version on our website before making a claim.
